Estacio de Franca is one of the main train stations in Barcelona. Built in 1929 this elegant and monumental train station is a work of art. The lobby is a Nocentista style of architecture rarely seen in a government building. Marble, bronze and crystal are...More

Estacio De Franca is an eye catching and beautiful train station that we passed as we were wandering around this part of town and in all honesty I thought it looked a superb building. The building has an art deco look to it ,an all...More

Great station for arriving at the water front and the more interesting areas of Barcelona like Las Ramblas. Quiet and seemingly lesser used. Not as fancy as others but much more useful. In the process of renovation and already looking good.

Beautiful station centrally located near the foot of La Rambla. Worth a quick visit to see the main lobby and the huge glass-roofed train shed, which is currently undergoing renovations.

From a distance, we were certain this is a deserted station as its roof seemed to be falling apart - literally. Getting closer to it, we noticed parts of it are fenced off, but to our surprise this turned out to be a rather central...More

The building is grand. The information about travel is a bit scarce, making it necessary to go to the information desk. They were helpful.

In Short we flew to Barcelona and our final destination was Cambrills. A lot of people on here talk about Reus Airport. For us that wasn't an option so the easiest way we found as a family with children was to get a direct train...More

There seems to be something going on here most nights. Parties, events, vendors events selling homemade clothes, soaps, food etc The only down side, it's loud and our room was across the way.

Really beautiful spot in the Estació del Nord train station. Huge space and classic decoration. Good service and excellent food. Really interesting daily menu. The only thing I would say is that the courses had not much food... they would rather increase the amount of...More

I think you have to go to Sants train stations for traveling to Salou. Do not hesitate to check the trains and schedules in the RENFE official website.
