Beautiful shopping walk

Many fashion stores and cafes. Some good restaurants. Recommended to spend a nice afternoon. Children can get bored.

An Absolute Must Visit in Barcelona
Feb. 2020
If you have a fear of crowds, I would strongly suggest visiting this area in the morning or off-season. It can get really crowded really fast. Be very careful with your belongings as well since this area is known for thieves and pickpocketers. It's extremely touristy, very crowded, but I still highly recommend a visit here if you get the chance.

A must visit!
Apr. 2020
Came on a school trip in April 2018 and we loved it! The shops are lovely and the walk down Las Ramblas is a must visit. WE were warned about pick pockets and to carry backpacks (probably all bags) on our front as they can cut open your bag and take things without you knowing. Be cautious of this, however you don't feel in danger whilst you're there! It feels safe and bustling. Beware of con artists too; a man gave us all roses then asked for money off us, so if people offer you something for free don't accept it! This is an amazing Spanish city to visit and I'd 100% recommend! Just be careful and make sure you know where all your belongings are. Very safe for teens, we were 13/14 when we visited and were never bothered when we were in groups on our own (without teachers).

enjoy the road all day time

Best place to spend the day morning, day, and night time. Most of the shops open even after midnight. I enjoyed the food there especially the paella which you can find it in most of the restaurants.

A must do in Barcelona as an evening walk
Sep. 2019
A pedestrian walk in the middle of the street that is lined with all kinds of baskers, vendors, eatries etc.

Watch you belongings as there are lots of pick pockets. There are also many scammers which you will need to know when not to be enticed. If it sounds too good, you should probably avoid it.

Otherwise, it will be just nice to watch around with an ice cream, watching the people and the scenery.

Drop by the many eateries and cafe that are everywhere whenever needing a rest. The old quarters are just next to the street. So dedicate an entire evening for the exploration of this area.

Nice place to walk through - take your time
Feb. 2020
A nice place to take a walk and people watch, lined with stores, shops, and places to eat. Many things to look at, so as others have said - be wary of pickpockets. We were there right before the pandemic, and it was very nice.

Great to see but be careful
Jul. 2020 • Friends
Really fun place to walk down. Lots going on and to see. And a great little market with fruit half way. But be careful, watch your pockets. Heard loads of stories about theft here! Not good! Be vigilant
