A little further along from the main Barceloneta beach, but very quiet & peaceful. Really nice place, plenty of space, mainly Spanish swimmers & sun seekers...only downside was after arriving @ 230pm still having to pay €30 for sun beds & parasol!! Two beach bars...More

Beach is one block from Hotel Diagonal Mar where we stayed. Went to a hut/restaurant on the beach that had great food, drinks. Service was a bit slow, but on vacation and honesty wasn't a big deal. Loved it. Definitely would go back.

Depends, there is a boardwalk that gets you part way onto the beach but not all the way to the beach proper and the sea.
