Church itself is beautiful, from the outside it looks nice it is in a lovely area and the inside is worth to see with classical music you get the mystic feeling and the atmosphere of sacrum. The lower part has one of the most beautiful mosaics have ever seen also there is black Madona which is something worth seeing. The... More

If you have several days in Barcelona and are looking for things to do, I would recommend visiting this Church at the top of Tibidabo. But if you only have a few days, it is not worth the haul up to the top of the mountain.

Although it is a bit tricky (lots of changes) or expensive (if going by taxi) to get there without a car, it is definitely worth it. You get amazing views over Barcelona from the Temple terrace.

This was the most beautiful church I saw in Barcelona and certainly worth the trip, which was easy but long. I started from the Catalunya Train Station catching the L7 to Tibidabo (2.40 euro each way per person) . Next I took a streetcar across from the Tibidabo station to Funicular station (10 euro one each way person). Then the... More

Wow, wow and wow. So worth a visit to this amazing place. We caught the T2A bus from Catalonia Square which cost 3EUR. There are also other options to get up there. If you pay entry to the Theme Park you can get a refund of your bus ticket plus another return bus ticket for free. The Theme Park is... More

This place is a must, not only is there a beautiful church to visit but the views from the church are simply breathtaking. Make sure you have a walk in to the amusement park to be able to stand on the platform which over looks the city. To visit the church we took a taxi from La Rambla to the... More

This is the church which stands on the highest point of the hills overlooking Barcelona. You will see it on the horizon from most areas of Barcelona and it is a super church, with the original hermitage still standing at the side of the church. The views from the tower will stay with you forever.

The church is beautiful, but the paniramic view over Barcelona makes it even better. If you plan to go on Tibidabo, make sure you go on one of the days when the Amusement Park is open, because it could be an interesting experience and the Talaia ride will take you at 550m on top of Barcelona, making the view even...
