The show is billed as 30 minutes of flamenco, and it probably delivers a few minutes more. Wikipedia explains that flamenco is song, dance, hand-clapping, guitar, percussion, etc. This show had only 10 minutes of dancing - based on one principal and one auxiliary dancer. I guess we expected more dancing and more dancers.

It lasts half an hour. If you want to go buy your ticket in advance. But it is a waste of time and money. The place is small. You can stand if you don't go early. The performers are amateur and don't know what to do. It is so boring.

I have visited this flamenco show twice and when I went at the end of January 2016, the show was superb. We had great seats, lovely wine and the show was simply amazing. There is so much emotion when the dancers and musician are on stage and it was one of the best shows that I have ever seen. Excellent... More

Three shows a night, and yes, while it may not be the most authentic, it was a very good show! I would recommend this to people who want a fast sample of flamenco with incredible musicians and talented and passionate dancers!

Had to queue 20 mins to get in, to then have to stand in a poor position to watch, this was followed by a disappointing performance. One female and one male dancer, with lots of energy but accompanied by a band with very average singing voices. We had paid 10 EURO each - top tip - use the 5 EURO... More

Nine of turned up for a friends birthday thankfully this was only a small part of our celebrations. The music was good the dancing what there was of it was mostly done by a man. The woman who danced once, was not dressed in a flamenco dress more like a woman's pinny. As a previous review I suspect she might... More

Not being a specialist in flamenco myself (I don't speak Spanish to start with), I cannot pretend I am capable of distinguishing between the really authentic flamencos and the rest. However, I went to the show assuming that it will be a way to pass 30 minutes of my life and that would be it. And yet, the show was... More

We were very leery after reading about bad experiences at other places with dinner shows, but figured that for only 15 Euros and 30 minutes, if it wasn't good we we didn't really lose too much. Turned out to be great!!! The performers went hard for the 30 minutes with both music and dance, Really enjoyed it

We came across Los Tarantos while staying on La Rambla. We had walked to the beautiful Paca Reial for seafood paella at one of the many outdoor restaurants on the square. We saw the sign for this and got tickets for this show to complete our last evening in Barcelona. The venue is small but they do three shows a... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Barrio Gotico (Barri Gotic)
With its iconic, old-Europe streets and alleys, this picturesque neighbourhood is the very heart of Barcelona. It blends historic artifacts from its days under Roman dominion up through the Spanish Civil War with a vibrant modern-day culture of artisan shops and authentic culinary experiences. Avid explorers will be thrilled to discover quaint terraces and plazas brought to life by the many small bars and local musicians lasting late into the night. Fashionistas will be drawn to Portal de L’Angel, which is lined with well-known brand names and smaller boutique stands.
