Lovely little gem along the Las Ramblas, they have lovely pastries and great coffee. They also do a lovely hot chocolate (great energy boost if you've been drinking the night before). It's also a little hidden away from the buzz of the Las Ramblas, so if you need a little time out from the crowds, this is definitely the place... More

It was a nice surprise... It's has a beautiful inside and an old vintage decoration that is very relaxing. Hard is to decide what to eat. I had a pastry with glazed orange on top, and chocolat inside...don't recall the name... Very good.

La Rambla can be a bit hectic with loads of tourists. This is an excellent place to have a break and enjoy some of the best pastries Barcelona has on offer whilst watching the world walk past. With seats outside and indoors, the place tends to fill up fast but doesn't take too long before a seat becomes available. The... More

This is a small store with few tables inside to enjoy pastries and coffee. They have also types of chocolates. If you're visiting la rambla you have to pass by them and try.

Staying in La Rambla

Neighbourhood Profile
La Rambla
Barcelona's most famous street was once a dry riverbed. Now, La Rambla is a 1200-metre boulevard, and a major draw for visitors. During the day, La Rambla fills with pedestrians, some of which stroll past impressive human statues and artists while others take a break to people-watch while enjoying a drink at one of the many terraces. Housed here is the iconic Boqueria Market that offers one of the most varied and appetising selections of local produce and specialty meats and treats. While it’s important for tourists to keep an eye on their belongings at all times, this area is most safely explored in the daytime and is a must see for everyone who visits.
