I saw the Sagrada Familia about 25 years ago with my daughter and they were working inside. It is an amazing basilica. If you are religious or not you feel a calmness and awe inspiration when you walk in. They’ve been busy since I saw...More

Art in progress of amazing scale! The view of it fro the air tram really tells the gigantic size. Must be careful for pick pockets as the go where the tourists go.

What a magnificent work of art! Never tired to look at it. It is a sure stop when in Barcelona. Great feeling all around the building.

Inside and outside this place is unique. Gaudi’s attention to detail and mathematical genius is inspiring. Don’t be put off with the concept of ‘unfinished’. Will return to see this again.

Pre-order ticekts is a must, and book the top views tour to include going up the Nativity facade. Worth the 400 steps to get down. Preferable to go early as really busy, so book the 9am or 9-15 am slots.

Fantastic place. The nativity facade is a beautiful depiction of the story and the Stations of the cross facade a somber end. Can’t wait until it’s finished although unlikely I’ll see it - as indeed it’s architect Gaudí didn’t.
