We traveled with six adults for a 2 day vacation in Barcelona and then a 7 day cruise and back to Barcelona for the trip home. We used Bohigas airport transfer to pick us up at airport, carry us to Hotel. They then picked us up at Hotel to transport us to the cruise ship. They then picked us up from the port after the cruise to take us back to airport. On all three occasions, the service was impeccable!! The drivers were very attentive and courteous. We had alot of bags and all fit very well in the van which was so comfortable we felt like celebrities. Without question, these guys are the REAL DEAL!! If you're planning a trip to Barcelona and need any transport, make sure you have Bohigas airport transfer in your speed dial. I promise you won't be disappointed. I need to mention one thing, they will keep you updated by text. We arrived about 2 hours earlier from our cruise than our scheduled pickup. I just text them that we were at the port and they came to pick us up with 20mins. We were very happy about that. Outstanding!!!!!!!!!

Transfer service for group of 6. Cruise Port pickup at 9am to Hotel in city center and the next day Hotel to Barcelona Airport. At both transfers, driver was waiting for us, spoke good English, and pointed out highlights and info as we drove. Great service, very courteous and professional, and at a fair price. Will use again.

Used the Barcelona Airport Transfer both from the hotel to Cruise terminal, and from Cruise terminal to Airport. Same excellent service both times. They arrived at the pickup point well ahead of agreed time. A very polite and service oriented driver picked us up both times. New, clean and comfortable van with space for us and the luggage. The driver drove very comfortably and the transportation could't have been any better. Special thanks to the driver - the comfort is in the hands of the driver - and these rides was delivered with quality and professionalism (same driver on both). ;-)

Dear Jonerikb Thank you for your kindness writing this review. We also thank you very much for your special words about our driver’s job. Of course we let him knows. We are always trying to do the best to give a excellent service and the vehicles have to be large enough with big trunk to provide a comfortable transfer experience. We hope you took advantage of being so close to Catalunya Square between the ancient city and the modernist area and for sure you spent some really nice days cruising at the Oasis of the Seas the third largest cruise ship in the world. Most people we meet who are sailing in the Oasis mention how nice the experience is! We are glad you appreciate our services and hope us to have the opportunity to give you a good service again the future :-)

Both trips from the port to city center apartment and from the apartment to the airport were efficient and Carlos was so helpful. On both occasions he was waiting for us sooner than requested. At the port, we arrived early and I put a call in to the office. Carlos was already on his way and was picking up our family of 6 in a spanking clean van with wonderful insights and suggestions. We were lucky enough to have the same driver on our trip to the airport and he asked about our stay in Barcelona. The company responded professionally and in a timely way to all my questions and provided clear directions and contact numbers. Couldn't have been more pleased!

From start to end we had fantastic service. Easy to book online and whe we were in 2 hour customs line in Barcelona airport they were helpful, supportive and detailed on the instructions when we got through customs. Our driver,Carlos, was there waiting for us after the luggage pickup and took what luggage he could to help to the awaiting impeccably clean van with complimentary water. He was very professional as was the communication between the agency and myself.

Welcome and thank very much for your first review sharing with other travellers your experience with us. We are very sorry for the 2 hours that you lost in the customs line. It is not something under our control nor by Barcelona authorities. This happens every season and we want take this opportunity to inform all travellers that all airports in Spain are controlled by the central goverment and it is so important that travellers knows that we are really disappointing with these situations that affect the reputation of our beloved city by decisions made hundreds of kilometers away.
Thanks again for trust in us twice. We are sure you enjoyed your fantastic location in the wonderful Passeig de Gracia close to Batllo and Mila house and sailing aboard the Constellation.

In order to clarify the misunderstanding to all the travellers of your first review.
As we informed you and saw in the attached file that was sent to your email.
On Friday June 28 at 18:45 you filled the online form requesting a transfer service for Saturday June 29 at 11:15.
On Friday June 28 at 21:06 it was sent our reply "Due to the already booked services our private vehicles and trustworthy collaborators don't have availability to offer you the requested service"
That means that our staff are working later than the standard office hours and our reply was sent more than 14 hours before your requested pick up time, not at the last moment as you wrote.
We take the opportunity to let the travellers knows that we does not work automatically, we double check one by one all the reservations, to avoid over booking problems and to avoid any mistake with the received information because we like to ensure that the service will be well done.
Automatic systems are better business, staff double checking everything are not needed, and if the traveller filled something wrong will be not the reponsibility of these companies.
Sometimes hotels, restaurants, theaters, museums, emblematic buildings and any kind of business are fully booked and this is not a crime and is not a reason to criticize and shows your disappointment to these business.
We do not know if it was some problem with your mobile device or your internet access but of course if it happened was not our fault and your sentence "They cancelled on us in the last moment" of your review is completely false.
Please next time, if you really want to help other travellers, double check all the information in order to write a reliable review with true content.
We regret that you have not been able to use our services and score us accordingly with the provided service by our professional, punctual, helpful and friendly drivers (as our clients wrote)

We needed a 3 way transfer for 4 adults with lots of luggage to take us from 1) the Barcelona Airport, to the Cruise Port, 2) from the Cruise Port to the Le Meridien Hotel on La Rambla, then 3) from the hotel back to the airport.
After reading many of the reviews about Barcelona Airport Transfers, I decided to send a test email to ask a few questions to judge their responsiveness. They immediately replied to all of my questions and more, so I felt comfortable in booking with them.
We had a few issues upon our arrival at the airport, but that was because our flight was delayed by more than several hours due to bad weather in the U.S. So we had to call them once we arrived to BCN for them to return to the airport. Once they returned, our driver was EXTREMELY helpful as he recommended that we put on our cruise line luggage tags before leaving the airport and he assisted us with this. Also, Royal Caribbean had two of us checking in at terminal C and two at terminal B. Our driver, who was very knowledgeable about the port knew that terminal C is generally much less crowded than terminal B; so he recommended we all go to terminal C. This made the entire check-in process much faster.
Upon our return from the cruise, our driver was there early, holding a sign with my name on it by 9:00am and located immediately as we exited the cruise terminal with our luggage. This made our transfer to the hotel so easy.
Then again, for our transfer from the Le Meridien hotel back to the airport, once again, the driver was early at the hotel and waiting for us to check out.
All vehicles were Mercedes vans and were in extremely good and well maintained condition with enough room to hold 4 very large suitcases, 4 wheeled carryon bags, and 4 adults very comfortably.
I would certainly recommend Barcelona Airport Transfers for your transfer needs while in Barcelona and would certainly use them again!

We used this company for a transfer from the airport to an apartment in Grà cia and again a few days later to the cruise terminal. We were greeted on time by a very friendly driver who also offered some very helpful tips for touring Barcelona. The booking process online was efficient. Highly recommended!

The best way to know the exact rate is to go on their website. It depends on number in your party and how many pieces of luggage. As for return best to give yourself extra time. If it's a weekday, there is traffic.

I have a party of 5 who will be arriving in BCN on Oct.3, 2017 around 11 am. We are booked at B&B Viladecans for a night and the next day, Oct. 4, we will be boarding a cruise ship (RCI). The cruise ship returns on Oct. 16, 2017 and again, we will be staying at B&B Viladecans for the night. My party flies out of BCN on Oct. 17 around 11 am. My party requires 4 transfers all together: Oct. 3, 2017- from the airport to B&B Viladecans; Oct. 4- from the hotel to the port; Oct. 16- from the port to the hotel, and Oct. 17- from hotel to BCN. We work with large vehicles Van, for pick up a group of 10 people we would carry out the service by two vehicles Van, we would accommodate all people and all the luggage comfortably.
In case you prefer one unique vehicle we recommend to make sure with the company you decide to book that all the luggage for 10 people fit in one unique vehicle minbus, because the people will be accommodated but the trunk of the minibuses sometimes are not enough for lots of luggage.
