This was build as a synagogue by Muslim designers and builders and then was transformed into a Christian church before becoming the museum it is today.

After the ostentation that is the cathedral the old synagogue which was altered by Christians and now bears only one Star of David is s beautiful and serene space

Nice place to visit. You will love to see the Synagogue and know to history behind it. The lane towards it is also good to walk.

I think it is 10:00 - 17:30 and maybe 18:30 in warmer/hot months No sure about public holidays like Christmas

For those that rated this a poor or terrible, is it because of lack of information, the price, or not as pretty as some of the other places visited?

There is almost nothing to see and it has no atmosphere or sense of history.
