We walked form Sardinero to the Light House passing lovely beaches, crashing waves, amazing vistas. The light house houses a small museum with an interesting permanent collection as well as space for temporary installations. An afternoon well spent!

A very nice gallery with a feature local artist and some other artworks that were gifted to the artist... they all have the lighthouse or the sea as a theme... and well worth the effort to go and have a look

If you have time on your hands when visiting Santader talk an couple of hours to walk away from town, follow the path to the marina, carry on to the lovely quiet beach, then climb up the small hill to the faro/ lighthouse for great...More
