Great, free parking, lots of beach shacks selling drink and food. Sand and sun. At some point they ran out of umbrellas, hence 4 stars.

It's indeed a very beautifull beach. The only sidedown is the fact that beeing in the north of the island, there the weather is very very windy, and to get out of the water wet, and stay at sun, while the wind blows all that...More

We took the Anaga forest road and this beach is at the very end of the journey. The road was better than the beach but for a quick break and a few photos it is a great stop.

Very beautiful beach near Santa Cruz. It has toilets, changing rooms, showers and cafés. Also, there is a lot of parking space. The beach is suitable for everyone, especially for families, because there are basically no (or very little) waves so it is safe to...More

The beach itself looks like from the postcards - perfect. However, if you stay in Santa Cruz you will need at least 30 min to reach it. Moreover, the weather we had there was quite windy - sand ended up everywhere in our stuff. NOTE:...More

I swam here in March and April. Water was very pleasant
Weather in October - coming in on cruise ship so limited time, this beach looks like a good bet for the day - will sea be warm enough to swim - some conflicting reviews, crystal clear water or murky? Worth son taking snorkel and mask or nothing to see - any advise tia

I confirm - the water is clean, but quite cold. I didn't decide to go deeper than ankle- deep, but there were some people swimming.

Hi. I want to ask you about the sea as my family and I are crazy about staying in the water all day long. Does it get quite deep? Are there any waves at all? Are there lifeguards? I am ideally looking for a beach with some waves to make it fun, but not dangerous. I have never been to Tenerife before so I am just researching now. Thank you.
