If you stay at Playa Del Ingles, the beach is a must. If you are having problems walking in stairs, there are elevators to assist. The weather is almost always nice and the people are kind of laid back. The price for renting a seat is 4 dollars per person.

Valle Gran Rey and the Playa del Ingles was one of the greatest places we visited on La Gomera. The surf is fantastic during the day and the cafés and restaurants on the short sea front walk inviting. The place is full of hippie descendants who run little shops and perform a drums and fire-art session in the dusk. The... More

Lovely beach full of fat naked Germans !! Avoid this as the bathing is LETHAL. This is the most dangerous on La Gomera with waves, rocks and very strong currents. There are warning notices BUT they do not go far enough to state the danges - pity as once everyonf goes it is beautiful - but I cannot state strongly... More

Windy nudist playground. ..commercial and far from friendly at times. Hyped place for a cheap thrill and alcoholic retrieval meet up. A place in the sun with nothung but a Volcanic beach...souless.

Playa del ingles is very outdated. The centre is strange, only big shopping centres with shops and restaurants. They are ugly and old. However there are some nice places to eat and the people are very friendly. The beach is nice, there are some restaurants where you can eat a nice meal. Aqua sports centre provides lots of great thing... More

Very busy place. Beach is huge but very crowded. Plenty water sorts to do. Plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants. This place is very English and tailors for the English even though over tourists were there the majority of visitors are English. Plenty variety for nightlife fun.

Typical place for mass tourism. Quite crowdy, beach isnt breath taking, poor quality of food in the restaurants. Wouldnt send there too much time because Gran Canaria offers much better places.

We stayed in playa del ingles while on holiday and it is a lovely place. The main bus station is short walk away where you can access buses to the rest of the country. There are plenty of bars and restaurants and things for kids such as crazy golf. Water and theme parks are very close by. It has a... More
