Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Whenever you look at La Gomera places to go this place is always on the front page.
An Iconic Rock formation probably photographed more than any other rock on La Gomera.
Well worth the trip up the mountain, just hope there are none of my tourist coaches around at the time.

Saturday 16th October we were driving along the GM-2 through the Parque Nacional del Garajonay We had just visited. the impressive Mirador Los Roques and about another 900 metres down the road we stopped at this Mirador.

As well as wonderful scenery it was another opportunity to see the mighty Roque Agando, at 182 metres above sea level it does dominate the skyline.

As one of the Island's most striking features it gets used as a symbol to represent the Island.

Mirador is a word you often encounter on this island with its many fine viewpoints. This is one of them situated close to an important road crossing at the island's centre.

Stunning views, must see. This viewpoint you find yourself surrounded by three protected natural areas: Garajonay National Park, the Monument of Los Roques and the Natural Reserve of Benchijigua. The hallmark of the panoramic is giant stone the Roque de Agando.

This is one of the best miradors of La Gomera. The views are stunning in all directions. Roque Agando is one of several spectacular rocks nearby.
But it is also a great starting point for several hikes. You can start one of my favourite hikes of La Gomera here, a roundtrip to La Laja. You walk down to a beautiful pine forest to reach La Laja set in lush valley.
You can park your car here.
