This is an interesting and rather beautiful looking pre-Romanesque church about 10-15 minutes walk from Oviedo cathedral. Wasn't able to go inside but it is used as a regular parish church. The building is part of UNESCO's world heritage sites

We had a guided tour of San Julian the guide explain to as all about the wall painting, no photos inside the church 2 Euro entry this church is UNESCO site, the church still holds mass,weddings, and funerals.
