I certainly read a lot about the Cathedral. However, I was really impressed by this church. It is so beautiful and has such a strong energy that it cannot be missed. If you go there, buy the combined ticket which will give access to the Cathedral without waiting in long lines at the Cathedral.

This iconic church in the centre of Sevilla is a good place to enjoy Baroque sculpture and ornament away from the hordes at other attractions. The 4€ entrance fee is enough to dissuade casual visitors from entering. Great statues by Juan de Mesa and Martínez Montañés.

We noticed that we did not have to pay the amount of 6 euros per person when visiting this church as it was included in the discount given for paying 20 euros for the Hop on Hop off bus. Also apparently visiting the Cathedral gives you free access to this church. The church itself is beautiful and reminds me of... More

When you buy a ticket for Seville Cathedral, entry to this one is included; in fact, you can beat the queues at the cathedral by coming here first! It is an incredible interior, incredibly ornate. There is still a courtyard from an earlier mosque, along with photos in a corridor of the excavation of Roman and moorish remains below ground.... More

This church is breathtaking inside with sumptuously decorations. That said, don’t miss the courtyard to the side with a central fountain and orange trees that have their lower trunks painted white to deter ants. This dates from the building’s time as a mosque. See the Roman columns at the perimeter of this courtyard, low in the walls. These are from... More

This Church that is a 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral, is a great plan first of all because it's really worth to see as it's full of magnificent work of art in the baroque Spanish style, and secondly because you can buy a combined ticket that will allows you to get into the cathedral without queueing for hours... Really... More

I've seen lots of beautiful churches and cathedrals all over Europe and yet Spain seemed to have ones that were just mind numbingly amazing - opulence plus. This is one of them. The size of the cathedral is also a moment of wonder as is the incredible and lavish alters inside, not to mention the floor to ceiling size which... More

Was a very short walk from our hotel so we went as read reviews about getting combined ticket. No queue walked straight in paid asked for combined ticket. Lovely inside had a sit down just to take it all in. Had a beer outside after €1. Take a walk around this plaza first thing before all up quiet and tranquil.

This church is right after the Cathedral for overwhelming one. Nothing can prepare you for the Iglesias found in Sevilla. From the smallest to the largest. One can buy Cathedral tickets here as well as Inglesia del Salvador tickets and the lines are shorter. The plaza the church faces is a real hub of Sevillian socializing.

So pleased we read other reviews suggesting this church was worth visiting. In my humble opinion I would recommend visiting the cathedral first and then visiting here as we were underwhelmed by the cathedral purely because of the awesome experience of visiting Iglesia Colegial del Salvador first. The cathedral is vast (third largest in the world) but this place is... More
