Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Plateresque style building on its façade initially, then in its subsequent phases it lost part of the ornamentation characteristic of that style. Located in a beautiful square, between convents and churches...it does not stand out from the rest.
Its history is striking, which we were lucky enough to learn about on a guided tour of the city, and the NODE symbol that has represented this organization throughout history. Curious as well as interesting.

This important and imposing building is located in the heart of the city, not far from the Cathedral. We walked there on our first day. It has a simple neoclassical façade overlooking Nueva Square, where the equestrian statue of King Ferdinand stands. I think the most beautiful part of the building is the façade facing the other square (Plaza de La Falange Espanola). It is worth seeing even if you can only manage to see it from the outside, as it is closed.

Sits in the Plaza Nueva is the City hall. A stunning building which is worth walking around the outside.
Unfortunately there was no inside access so unable to comment further.
In your walks in central Seville you are highly likely to come across it.

The City Hall is wonderful big building on the Plaza Nuevo that we came across on the walking tour.
Construction started in 1527 as Seville was becoming an important trading city. It later incorporated a more neoclassical stylings in its facade.

The ‘Town Hall’ is located at the end of the Avenue de la Constitución in Plaza Nuvea. It’s a very grand city hall unlike anything I have every seen. Worth going to see as you’ll likely be walking down the main avenue anyway. Now a public square which contains orange trees!

Nice buidling to admire, the towers at the top are good too. It is easy to find near Plaza Neuvo and the cathedral so you are likely to pass it anyway.

The Ayuntamiento is well worth a visit. Guided tours are available Mon - Thurs 19.00 and 20.00pm and Sat 10.00 am. Tickets are 4 euro for non- residents but can only be purchased via the Internet, the site was difficult to navigate and our hotel receptionist had to help us. The tour lasts 45-50 mins and is very informative as parts of the building date back hundreds of years with many works of arts. It is another of Sevilles masterpieces !

The building looks very beautiful, but unfortunately it was closed by the stands that were being built for Semana Santa. Inside was an exhibition of items from religious processions and admission was free.

Located in Plaza de San Francisco, Seville's 16th century city hall is an impressive building with a very interesting façade and is well worth a visit, if only to view it externally. I happened upon it one evening while walking around the city and unfortunately it was closed, but tourists are allowed to enter, for which there is a small price.

Most visitors will come across this building as they head towards Plaza Nueva but it’s interesting to walk round the complete building as architecture is different on either side (built in different periods). Certainly a grand looking building but as there’s no general public access I can’t comment on the interior.
