Had a very good break in Granada September 2018...purchased 2 Granada Cards prior to going for attractions and city transport. Got Good Service in the Tourist Office on arrival who gave me all the tickets I'd paid for. But on our last evening wanted to take final trip around Alhambra and the City on Tourist Train. I'd paid for it, but it had been cancelled. On arrival back home contacted Tourist Office for a partial refund. They referred me to their customer services Clorian who ignored my email. Contacted Tourist Office again...ignored me. Contacted Town Hall (in Spanish) who have also ignored me. My advice...if you don't get any of the services you've paid for....visit them before you return home.…

It is 5:40 m and it is closed. The Granada card information wrote we can pass Granada card till 7 o'clock, the opening times is 9 am-6 pm. SHAME

We needed some information and eventually found this place (the colourful trees outside make it easier to find - see my photo) A tip for you. When you go in take a ticket from a machine on the left. You choose which language you wish to speak in and when a person who can speak that language becomes available your ticket number will be called. It was busy when we visited.…
