I wasn't planning to visit the bullring but the bus station for the Gibralfaro was right outside so I took a quick look. The building is nice but I visited Malaga in September so no bullfighting for me...

Well, you don't often see the ear of a bull framed and displayed as an exhibit! Of course, it is a gruesome trophy for the bullfighter to take after killing the bull, but there are plenty of photographs in the small museum which show brave...More

I was very disappointed...OK, the entry was really cheap, 1-2 Euros but there was actually nothing to see! A couple of costumes and a couple of heads of bulls, that's all. Our visit took 5 minutes altogether, and I'm not joking. No history, no interesting...More

Recommend a visit to the museum which provides real insight into the history of bullfighting and an opportunity to see the inside of this amazing building. You can see everything in an hour if your time is at a premium. Malaga is a great city...More

I have never been one for Bullfighting and find it quite grotesque. But the History and pomp of this so called sport is very interesting. The Museum is well laid out, and access to the top tier of the actual ring is included in your...More

Amazing amazing bull ring, great museum as well, very cheap tickets to enter, if you have 1-2 hours must visit, well built and give you an idea how would it be when bull fights were organized here.

Wow! So glad we hopped off the Big Bus at Plaza de Toros. It's a lovely area with some beautiful buildings and tree lined streets. The highlight was the Bull Ring and small but facinating museum upstairs. It was under Euro 2 to enter and...More

Despite not being a big bullfight ring but it's quiet good architecture, small museum but a fun one with many small historic events, anyway it's a must if you are visiting malaga and the entrance if from gate # 10 so you don't keep wandering...More

I'm not a fan of bull fighting, but, it's part of Spanish culture, like castanets, flemenco dancing, the Spainsh Civil War & Franco! If you do decide to visit, do so with an open mind, as you will be faced with Bull's Heads! These are...More

La Malagueta is the bullring at Málaga which since 1876 has been denominated a cultural asset of Spain. It is located in the eastern district of Málaga, alongside the Paseo de Reding. The first event was held in 1876.
