Designed in 1973 by Gary Player, El Paraiso is one of the most established courses on the Costa del Sol. Set out in the peaceful El Paraiso valley with the backdrop of the majestic 'La Concha' mountain to the north and the sparkling Mediterranean to the south, El Paraiso has the envious reputation of not only providing one of the best championship course layouts on the coast, which draws players back time and time again, but also being the friendliest international club too. New members, golf societies and visitors are welcome.

El Paraiso Golf Club offers one of the best enjoyment/price ratio in golf on the Costa del Sol/Golf. Easily walkable, it's appreciated by most of the players. Designed by Gary Player, the slope, a little over the average, will grant 2 stroke to an average...More

The course is not spectacular but played well and was an enjoyable round in a rather urban setting. A good friendly welcome by the staff and members many of whom were English speaking. Reasonable practice facilities. Well maintained course with some scenic holes. Clubhouse friendly...More

Friendly staff, fun to play. Waiter in the restaurant not the happiest person I met there. One green closed - so a temporary in use - discount ?? Plenty of people on the course but the waiting was not exessive.

We decided to play this course as it was rated 4 stars. We started on the driving range which was like a goat track with no decent place to hit a ball. The practice putting green was in great shape so we thought it may...More

We played this course last month and we were very pleased with the conditions of the course, especially the greens, fast and true! most holes are quite forgiving with wide fairways and low rough, so it's very enjoyable because you don't loose many golf balls!...More
