This is the most popular attraction in Cordoba, and for good reason. The beautiful Arabic and Moorish design and workmanship inside make for a fascinating look trip out. The history is also just as interesting. You just have to, no question about it.

its a beautiful Place With a lot of history, but its a short visit, thought the Place was bigger. It think 10 euros is overpriced compared to other places.

Bit of a debate between my gal and I about the Christian dismantling of the centre area of the mosque to build a temple: Intrusive? (me) or tolerant? (her). You can think about this too.

Go between 8.30 and 9.30am for free entry. This cathedral is breathtaking in scale and full of fascinating details from various centuries. We visited twice to get the full flavour of the place. A must see in Cordoba.

A mosque with a roman cathedral inside. It is a unique place where while you go through arabic arches you get surprised by a crucifix inside that lead you to a real cathedral. I've never seen such a peculiar monument!

Easy to access and welcoming. A beautiful sight to see and the main attraction in Cordoba. A horse and carriage tour can be sought outside the building. But remember the general problem is exchanging money in cordoba, a real headache!

The cathedral is world famous for a good reason. The arches are endless and stunningly beautiful. It only takes about an hour to get around and if you go between 8:30 and 9:30 entrance is free!

If you arrive between 8.30 and 9.20. You can enter for free as they are cleaning the Cathedral. At 9.20 prompt you are shown the door! Fantastic time to visit as there are fewer visitors.

I'm inclined to think you can get the full experience in an hour. The experience of scale is one that hits you very quickly and unless you want to study the cathedral or the Moorish arches in fine detail an hour is probably... More
