Paseo de Almeria is worth a stroll. Countless little boutiques & cafes with a million points where you can watch the world amble by. It's close to the various points of interest too. So, park the car & stroll.

This is a great city with lovely palm trees, water fountains and spacious walkways. It is a planned city meaning it is practical and beautiful, this area is definitely worth a walk down, you can take great photos or sit down by the palm trees.

Do what the Spanish do and walk the paseo, looking at shops, eat and drink café con leche y tostada for breakfasts. Take your time end enjoy it!

Cutting straight through the centre of Almeria, this large avenue is a great walk, with shade from trees and shopping opportunities.

Excellent area for shopping with many bars and restaurants. Worth a visit if you're in Almeria. Closes for siesta though.

I don't do shopping if I can help it! Well - if I need a new pair of shoes or some more beer then I do venture to the shops and I do go with the missus to do the food shop! My wife loves...More
