.. but the entry prices for the museum and the bag policy are quite ridiculous. With plenty to see on the outside and the rest of Dresden we decided not to go in.

This building houses at least 4 museums, all worth seeing, and the exteriors and especially the courtyards are most beautiful. Special timed ticket required for the Historic Green Vault.

Residenzschloss was the house of Wettin Family and today is a museum which is closed on Tuesdays. Infact it hosts different museums and especially see the Ottoman Rooms. A nice architecture feom outside but much more to see inside.
