Impressive Palace,on bank of the Rhine. Doesnt look as though there is any access to the building but you can walk through it to access the gardens on either side.

The monument as per the description is Rhine and Mosel together. It is also at the back side of Elektora Palace and has one of the most wonderful gardens and flowers I have seen till date. They are nicely done, not huge though, but wonderful.
