You have to take a ride to learn more about Wuppertal. Good sight to all those parts of Wuppertal from east to the west. Even if its a real daily traffic transportation tourists like to join the ride.

A must for any visitor to Wuppertal, and a wonderful example of German engineering and history. Best to buy a rover ticket so you can get on and off at the numerous restored stations and shopping areas, also goes to the wonderful Zoo

Had been told about this suspended monorail beforehand, but to see and try is to be believed. Seems to busy most of the time, but not expensive, regular and frequent arrivals. Definitely recommend trying this, but be aware, can induce motion sickness

The new cars are quite nice and don't sway as much as the older cars. If one train is full, you only have to wait a few minutes until the next one comes along. For Pokemon go players, there's a pokestop or gym (sometimes two)...More

Regular. Locals use it as public transport. There's one very fancy wagon just for tourists. I think it's only running on weekends 3 times a day and needs booking in advance. The thing is shaky; even if they offered some... More
