Nice department store in center of town. Basement has a good restaurant and we really like the fact that you can park right below it.

Carsch House used to be one of the finest department stores in Düsseldorf yet shunned by many who never dared set foot falsely believing it was too expensive. It is shut permanently now but will re-open as the first Off Saks 5th Avenue in Germany

Good japanese restaurant Maryasu. Spicy has all for your cooking and salads, you can have fine soups and also a lot of elegant things. It's the high quality house from the KAUFHOF group with a lot of small shop-owners. Open every day exept sunday.

Carsch-Haus is well known in Düsseldorf. There are many high class brands on several floors. Furthermore, Carsch-Haus has a big "delicatessa" with food all over the world.
