The Heinemann Café and Confiserie is great and typical German cafe right in the city center. The actual Cafe is on the 2nd floor and offers cakes, ice cream and light lunch items. The chocolates are excellent and definitely a worthwhile souvenir from Duesseldorf.

We chose the cake with raspberries and chocolate ball. We wanted to eat on site, but there were no seats, so all took to go. Both things correct, good but without delight. The service was average, but expected something more. Can I pick up there...More

Remarkable selection of Weihnacht cookies, candies and pastries - so many great decisions, and not one bad. And, challenges suitcase packing : )

Their fruit pie is amazing! It's not overly sweet at all and it's packed with natural fruit flavour, the sweetness comes from the fruits. The cheesecake is also a winner. The dining area inside is nice as well for casual lunch or dinner.
