Beautiful shopping area that offers great merchandise shops, specialty restaurants and cafes in addition to farmers shops that are beautifully lined up around one of the towns corner..

Düsseldorf has a very nice old town with a nice area only for pedestrians don't forget to get a typical Alt beer in one of the many restaurants. If you like more percent Alkohol you might also try the typical herb liquor called Killepitsch

Lots of restaurants, pubs, and shops to excite all your senses. The market has everything you need for meals; flowers too. There is a great kitchen store here-fantastic items. Plenty of options for everyone

It is a vibrant place, plenty of bars and restaurants. View from the river bank is great (classic one that you see in the pictures). I did not find it overpriced (tourism like) and it is probably because locals are regulars there.
