The Altstadt is bustling with shops, restaurants and bars. Mostly pedestrian streets that come alive at night. Bars and clubs aplenty with the odd microbrewery.

The Altstadt is well worth a visit if you go to Düsseldorf. An area of small windy streets full of restaurants, bars and shops. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Just perfect to walk around. Great shopping. Yummy food outlets. I was there during Christmas so got a chance to visit the buzzling Christmas markets.
