It is a modern cable stayed bridge over the Rhine used for pedestrian, vehicular and tram traffic. More of a functional bridge and not really a tourist attraction although it is a prominent landmark because of its high tower. It is one of the major...More

There are many bridges with this design but this one is one of the first. It takes pedestrians, cars and trams with ease. From the bridge there are good views of the Cathedral.

This was the first bridge built post WW2,it's a spectacular steel span bridge that accommodates cars, trams and pedestrianised traffic. Although a really impressive piece of architecture it is what it is,not so much a tourist attraction but a means of crossing the river but it...More

Don't care about the bridge itself. But at dawn, you will not find a better place to take pictures from the Cathedral. Go one the north rim and walk to the middle of the bridge. The view is amazing.

This bridge is one of several crossing the Rhine in Cologne. It is very similar to many thousands of others around the world. The most exciting thing about it, is sailing underneath and looking up at it as we did whilst on our River Cruise.

We sailed under this bridge on our River Cruise. Apart from being one of several crossing the Rhine, it is nothing special!

Really, just a simple iron bridge, nothing to write home about. Not sure how it made it on this list at all.

Guys, it is just a bridge. A nice view at night. It is well illuminatet and it is green. A nice hanging construction. But nothing so special that it would be a touristic highlight. But anyway, you can´t avoid it when you are in the...More
