This was by far the best zoo I was ever in. Our children loved it an there was so much to see. The layout is well sign posted and the map is easy followed. This zoo had everything from a petting zoo to a frog...More

We found the area magical. The grounds are well laid out. We spent an afternoon wandering around the park.

Not as small as we thought. Thought we would be there for a couple of hours. We were there for 6. Most of the signs are in German so if you understand it you could be there longer reading about the animals. The aquarium and...More

I have been to many zoos in different places and this comes in the top 3. It’s is wide spread and the enclosures are huge for the animals. I was surprised by the size of it as from the front you don’t expect it to...More

For an adult ticket I’ve paid 19,5€. I was visiting alone and I was not bored! This zoo has a lot of different types of animals, from insects and fish, through reptiles and birds to small and large mammals. I’ve spent there 3 hours and...More

We visited the zoo in April on a slightly dull day which was definitely the right move. There was hardly anyone else there and it meant we could wander at our own pace and see everything. Some enclosures looked more run down than others but...More

Love a zoo and this one didn’t disappoint. Loads of room for most the animals. I went when it opened at 9.15 just after it opened and most the animals were still shut away for the night. They gradually were let out. Had to wait...More

The zoo has a great array of animals. Most of which you get to feel very close to and get a great view of. It took us around 3 hours to get there but you could easily spend longer there

It was very good quality of food at a very reasonable price. For two meals of cheeseburger and chips and two drinks we paid probably $20 or so.
