Our daughter loved the train - very sweet and goes directly from the Grand Hotel Heiligendamm which made a great day-trip for us as hotel guests.

We travelled on The Mollie Steam Train and it was well worth the price and the time. The total time for the train ride was approximetely 1 hour long.

Three of us took a ride on the Mollie Railway and what a fantastic experience it was. The steam train goes right through the middle of the German town of Bad Doberman only inches from the public with no barriers. No health and safety here....More

Here’s the facts. Take a Taxi to Bad Doberan, about 40 to 50 Euros cash, 30 minutes to Molli train station from Warnemünde cruise terminal one way. We did not need reservations on a Wednesday for the Molli. No problem finding a taxi at cruise...More

The Excursion is kinda cute and relaxing, and surely do if traveling with young kids. The sight of the train coming in the station can be compared to Harry Potter Era. The 100+ year coaches are restored. The Train passes through the town giving a...More

One of a number of steam narrow gauge railways that survived in (former East) Germany, but surely the only one that takes you down the main street of a town. That may be the highlight (you can get up from a café table and board...More

Genuine steamtrain, well renovated. Ideal alternative for car or public transport if you are staying in Bad Doberan or Heiligendamm. First (or last) stops are through center of Bad Doberan.
