The museum part is really not that extensive -- whats more interesting is the garden to take long walks on.

The gardens are definitely the highlight over the museum. The Schloss was bombed during WWII and rebuilt so not much to see on the inside. Small museum with a few items and portraits from the original Schloss and Hanoverian Royal Family.

Quite small museum, part of the Herrenhausen Garten. One part covers the history of the site itself, while other part is more for royal family and history of that period.

Nice little modern museum, in 3 parts. The first covers the Hannover royal family, and its relationship with Britain. Some nice portraits and objects on display. The second area has quite a few old royal artefacts and personal items, and the third, we could not...More

A wonderful museum Part of the Herrenhausen A great insight into German royal history and also there relation to the house of Windsor today!!! A great day out A must see
