Great for anyone with special interest in currency. The museum, though small, is very well designed with interactive exhibits. Free lockers are available at the basement.

Excellent museum, it take you through the history of Money in the world, how to struck the Euro coins and the history of Gold. Very enjoyable.

The Money Museum "GeldMuseum" is located near the Deutsche Bundesbank building. You should take the U-Bahn U1, U2, U3, U8 and stop to "dornbusch" stop than walk approx. 10 minutes. The Museum is free, and very didactic for people who have limited notion of Finance...More

As we knew much of Frankfurt was shut on a Sunday tried making our way to this free museum. Signage from U-bahn poor but managed to ask directions. Very interesting display with lots of reading (English & German) with some interactive displays. Could have spent...More

I loved the display and the fact that it was not that crowded. At least when I was there. It is something to do when you have time to kill.
