A unique experience through history of the hews of the Hesse area. Check out the current special exhibition. The building is on the side of the Rhein and a walk there is a must.

I had to chance to visit this museum during the "Nacht Museen". It was really close to Mainkai and other museums. And in my point of view, it's definitely the best place to get to know the history of European Jews.

The museum presents a very interesting display of a gone world. Nearby is the old Jewish cemetery and the impressive holocaust memorial [incl. Anne Franck's stone].

A wonderful opportunity to see and know the Jewish history of Europe, especially Germany keeping aside all myths and prejudices we acquired from Hollywood brainwashing stories.
