Eine wichtige Gedenkstätte, die man definitiv aufsuchen sollte, wenn man in der Gegend ist. Es ist nicht immer geöffnet, daher sollte man sich vorab auch auf der Homepage informieren.

Das Norbert Wollheim Memorial steht auf dem Gelände der Uni Frankfurt, unweit des ehemaligen IG Farben Hauses. Es besteht aus einem Pavillon, der die Häftlingsnummer von Norbert Wollheim trägt. Es erinnert an den Holocaust und die Zwangsarbeit unter dem NS Regime. 13 Portraits von Überlebenden werden im Pavillon gezeigt und man kann Interviews mit Überlebenden der Konzentrationslager und der Zwangsarbeit ansehen. Das Memorial ist eher unscheinbar, jedoch sichert der Medieneinsatz eine zeitgemäße Information über die schrecklichen Geschehnisse dieser Zeit. Unbedingt ansehen. Sehr wertvolle Informationen.
