Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It is always a breathtaking view across the harbor, Elbe river and town when you cross the bridge (preferred as a passenger not as the driver).

its just a beautiful bridge, driving over it on a sunny day with the windows wide open, gives you a little bit the feeling of freedom.

The Kohlbrandbrucke is some sort of landmark sight, simply because it can be seen from a lot of places in and around Hamburg. For tourists there is not much to see or do about the bridge, even most locals hardly ever cross the bridge as it is mainly truck traffic to and from the port - the bridge is the link to the motorway.
If you intend to cross the bridge by foot - every year on October 3rd the bridge is closed for traffic and a 12km public road race is held. Everyone fit enough can participate and run the bridge in both directions during the race including amazing views over the harbour from the top of the bridge. THe event is known as Köhlbrandbrückenlauf.

Visible from anywhere, part of the skylines along with cranes , containers, of course you must be fascinated by harbors and maritime lookouts.
I don't recommend to cross it it due to traffic issues.

The Köhlbrand Bridge (Köhlbrandbrücke) is a large cable-stayed bridge in the harbor area. You can see it from nearly everywhere if you’re in the Hafencity, Landungsbrücken or during a boat-trip through the harbor. It’s nice to see the silhouette of the bridge together with all the cranes in and container. You have also a great view from the bridge across the harbor and the whole city. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to cross it by foot. If you don’t have a car in Hamburg you may take a public bus (Line 151 crosses the Köhlbrand bridge) or with city-tour bus. However, as the bridge is a bit outside the city-near parts of the harbor it may be a bit too time-consuming for an individual short trip (and the area close to the bridge is not very attractive for tourists) and the view from far away may be sufficient (in case you don't go there within a commercial city-tour).
