It's a modest church, "In terms of interior design". In the heart of Hamburg area. You can have a 20 minutes visit if you have enough time.

St. Petri Kirche is the oldest parish church in Hamburg and it was re-built in a Gothic style due to a gran fire in the XIXst century. In the 2nd Worls War the church was damaged, but not destroyed.Now it is possible to visit it....More

This was a nice church again rebuilt after WWII and was plain inside. There were some nice stain glass windows also. The brass door church knobs apparently date to the 14 th century.
