We originally weren't going to visit this attraction as it's not really our thing but our tour guide suggested it so we went ahead. It's incredible! & they've hidden loads of little funny bits for the adults to have a giggle at. The airport is amazing and unbelievably clever with it's live departures and arrivals!! It's open until 1am so... More

This is definitely not just an attraction for model train enthusiasts. I went, reluctantly, with my boyfriend and ended up being more engrossed than him! I'd suggest reserving your tickets online first, it's free to do and saved us queuing- we just walked straight in.

Very convenient to arrive by bus. Visit it, if possible not in rush hours. If you are with children you need at least 3-4 hours.

Amazing collection of model railways set in different landscapes such as Scandinavia, the US and Hamburg. The airport is quite unique. Gets busy - think about booking ahead for fast track entry.

Really great exhibition deal was amazing and each section was thought through so well. Shame we had to wait an hour but free drinks and the how good the exhibition was this was easily forgotten.

My girlfriend and I visited the Miniature Wunderland a few weeks ago, we were told that we should expect a lot of people, so we booked tickets thursday evening at 2030, thinking that it had to be less crowded by then. However, the place was completely packed, which made the otherwise AMAZING work they had done really hard to see,... More

I can't believe we spent 5 hours here and my son would have been happy to stay even longer. The models are fantastic the attention to detail and amount of moving parts phenomenal. Like so many others we took so many photos the battery ran out on our camera. But they have free battery charging facilities. I am not going... More

To say that this is just a "miniature train museum" is about as underselling a remark as one could ever make. This is truly a one of a kind experience. The detail of the exhibits is unbelievable. While there are trains that move around, it is the surrounding displays that are the wonder. These are not just miniature figures randomly... More

Literally a wonderland! Best place i have ever been. The airport was fantastic. How they made the model planes take off and land I'll never know. Curry wurst in restaurant was to die for. Definitely reserve in advance online as the queue was 2 hours when we got there
