A great walk from the needle to the house. Make sure you divert off to the left to see the tea house.

We travelled today from Berlin to Potsdam via the train, walked around Potsdam, a beautiful part of the world, and then made our way to Sanssouci Palace and gardens. This is a place you must visit to see some of the history of Germany, with...More

The park is huge. The estate is full of surprises, secrets and places not to be missed. You would need a whole day or two to take it all in. Come on a sunny day. Come in winter, spring or fall. It does not matter...More

Perhaps one of the world's most beautiful parks - all easily accessible for walking and free to the public. You might be amazed to find yourself alone as you wander the grounds and it will feel like this historic place belongs to you alone.

Wow, Potsdam is magical and so is Sanssouci Park! I visited in the winter when the temperature was below 0 and still could enjoy it very much! A big park with a river and all the green around. The big palace and it's gardens, the...More

I had no idea of the vast area the palaces and park cover. Easy to walk to from town and truly amazing. Nice for Children too, especially if you take a ball.
