Its a very beautiful and impressive summer palace amidst huge park. Its architecture is so unique, brackets in shape of males and females are amazing.

Beautiful palace, with an excellent multi-lingual audio guide included in the price. Worth booking in advance as there are limited tickets available. The palace is small (12 rooms open to the public) but amazingly well preserved and well worth the visit. The gardens / vineyards...More

We came here in winter and didn’t go inside but this palace was absolutely stunning from the outside. Gorgeous grounds surrounding it and well worth a visit.

From Berlin, take the train to Potsdam, then board the 695 bus and go down at Schloss Sanssouci or the nearest stop at Luisenplatz- Nord/Park Sanssouci. Do NOT follow the google maps advising to take the 614, somehow the routes were changed. Takes around 1-1/2...More

Nothing to say about palace itself. Marvellous, impressive, awesome. But they should think about how to organise the visit. You only can visit accompanied by a "guide " and only in groups. You get an audio guide. So if there are about 30, the fastest...More

The park itself is unmissable. Like Versailles or Schonbrunn in Vienna, this is a must see treasure place. It is worth coming to Berlin to just see this place and nothing else.

As the park, the palace is very beautiful and of high quality. It's worth visiting at all times of day and year as well.

Easter is a big deal in Germany, they could be closed. But then a lot of people have holiday then and it would make sense for them to be open. The only way you will know for sure is to email them.
