This is a bit out of the way, but your AB zone day ticket will still work to get you here. Once you get off the train it isn't a far walk to the memorial. It is definitely worth checking out while in Berlin.

Nothing can prepare you for seeing this place in real life - it's quite literally awe inspiring. It's impossible to tell the sheer scale of it from photographs alone. Highly recommended for anybody interested in WW2 history.
