Although my friend told me this place is a must-see, it didn't really seem like one until I went there. This vast space is perfect for everyone who enjoys cycling and has lovely gardens by the concrete paths and a closed area for dogs. (I...More

Airport used by Americans when Berlin was divided and is being turned into a green space. Out of the way of Berlin monuments and sites. At least you know its historical background.

The English guided tour of Tempelhof was the best thing we did in Berlin! Incredible architecture and such an interesting story. Absolutely a top priority must-do whether you're interested in aeroplanes or not.

A fascinating place for spending a sunny day. Definitely worth wandering for a few hours, as it's huge. Also an interesting piece of architecture.

A man from London told me about Temelhof at a bar and we decided to bike there the next day. It is a wonderful, fascinating "park". The entire airfield has been turned into an open public space. You can walk, run, bike on the old...More

A great site for military historians. The Berlin Air Lift memorial is huge. Park area around memorial was untidy and full of litter. Memorial is a 2-minute walk from tube station. When we visited the airport buildings were not open for the public. Interesting to...More
