I've been DJing professionally for 14 years and this is the best venue I have been to. A relaxed adult playground - no mood from ravers or security - a continual problem in UK venues.
Clubs are meant to be a enjoyable venue where reality is suspended and this venue ticked every box for a techno lover. Better than their over hyped Berlin competitors!

We went with 3 male friends (all 18) and had a great time okay the que is long but what do you expect? Also if you get there in time it ain’t that long we arrived at 23:30 and had to wait for 2 hours i’m guessing if you are there early at around 22:30 the que will be shorter and you will have a greater change of getting in. The door policy is okay it’s strict if you compare it to other clubs in europe but when you compare it to other clubs in berlin it’s pretty good. Still you need to know who’s playing and what to wear cause they see right threw you at the door but you can look that up online my advice is just wear all black really gothic like dark rave outfit and you’ll be good (most people who were rejected were just ignorant and did not know who was playing or where wearing blue skinny jeans with a polo shirt) if you wanna know who’s playing just look it up online. What makes the club so great is the strict door policy cause everyone inside was really there for the crazy good techno and having a great time also there are 2 floors one really dark techno kinda vibe floor which was not for me but loads of people went there to and upstairs you have the normal techno floor the music was amazing there. Also the cool down room which they called a smoking room was great to cooldown between the hours of dancing and drinking water ( ; this was because fresh air was pumped into here so it wasn’t as warm and moist as the dance floors. Sucurity was not strict at all really relaxed and they check you at the gate which always gives a safe feeling. Smoking was not allowed on the dance floors but everyone did it which for me made the experience ten times better. The sucurity pretty much just kept at the front of the club and did not bother going to the dance floor or the toilets no one was kicked out as far as i know. The atmosphere was great everyone was laughing and being friendly even if you accidentally bumped into somoene no one acted tough everyone just apoligized and went on with their evening. Also because your cams were stickerd of no one was taking pictures or on their phone which made everyone feel comfortable to express themselves in the way they like. We were in line at 23:30 and were inside the club at 1:30 we left at 9:15 but the club was still very lively even tho online it says it closes at 9:00 i recon they went on till atleast like 10:00.Afterall one of the best nights of my life and in my opinion all the bad reviews were just ignorant people who don’t understand the club or what to expect when coming there. So do your research and you can have one of the greatest nights of your life!

Interesting place & different to any club I’ve been to before anywhere in Europe.
As others have said, the security staff are… interesting. They seem to want to make you feel like you’re really very lucky to get in.
Covering everyone’s phone cameras with stickers is weird and it did leave residue on my phone, but it was kind of nice to have a night without everyone filming everything and constantly taking selfies.
The music was loud & kind of what I expected. It’s dark and the atmosphere is pretty cool, if you like that kind of thing- lots of smoke and strobe lighting.
Drinks are pretty cheap (well, by London standards anyway). €3 a shot.
It didn’t get busy until around 1am and we went on a Wednesday night.
If you’re wondering what to wear, there was a mix of very casual clothes and fetish wear. No one was in high heels or dressy, party outfits, you’d stand out if you did.
The main downside for me was that so many people were smoking inside and I woke up stinking of smoke (I’d forgotten what that’s like!). I’m sure one of the reasons that photos aren’t allowed is that they don’t want evidence of how much weed is being openly smoked in there too.
I’m glad I went and experienced it. I doubt I’d go again in a hurry.

Waiting in the queue we witnessed the door staff being racist and asking people where they were from then rudely turning them away if they weren't German or their skin colour didn't fit. After seeing this we decided not to bother waiting in line as somewhere that discriminates is not somewhere we want to be. Completely agree with others comments about the place being very pretentious. Heading out we spoke to a few people who had left less than an hour after being in as they said the atmosphere inside was not comfortable and they were heading to better venues. Following their advice we did indeed find much better places and would recommend others do the same.

Absolutely horrible. Went in a group of Two guys from Ireland and the door staff were discriminatory and racist. Tried everything to help the staff understand us including learning quite basic german phrases and after a 10 second conversation they straight away told us that we wont get in and to have a good night somewhere else. We fit the dress code of trying to go for all black and still were turned away. If you enjoy waiting for half an hour feeling worried about getting inside despite any preparation only to be turned away then this is definitely the place for you, but if you respect yourself as a human being then go somewhere else.

This was my first clubbing experience in Berlin (I'm not counting trying to get in to Kit Kat but giving up upon seeing the insane line outside). The line for Tresor was really long but luckily I had friends at the start of the line (not so proud to admit I skipped the line but 😅) so it didn't take us long to get in. At first I was rejected (I was with one German girl) , I spoke English and the bouncer politely told me not today (all my English speaking friends managed to get in). But I was stubborn so I went back to the line, changed my hairstyle and waited 15-20min. When I got to the entrance again I was alone and I spoke in German this time (very broken German) and surprisingly I was let in and the bouncer even made small talk with me about my German skills. I figured I wasn't rejected because of my English but because I was talking loudly and didn't fit the "type". The second time I put on a serious face and didn't talk much and it was really no problem to get in.
I had a blast. The club is huge and has many stages(rooms) with different music. People are super respectful and I never felt safer as a girl in a club. Everyone there is in their own little bubble dancing and enjoying the music.
If you don't feel like waiting in a line with a chance of being rejected, this is not the club for you. But if you wanna experience the waiting and the whole "will I get in", I say do it, it was fun for me.

Absolutely amazing night, great music, went in a group of 2 and a bit of trouble getting in but worthy it. Saw a beautiful greek god inside and fell in love. Dj really interacted with the crowd and played perfect music, he was beautiful, amazing and worship worthy.

We visited Tresor two days in a row and the second day the vibe was so much better. It was my first time listening to techno and i really enjoyed it. Shots were 3 euros which is good price in my opinion. The building is huge and really cool inside. 2 floors with different artists, so you can choose. If you want to get inside you need to be serious and quiet in the line, also memorise the lineup because the bouncer asks you.

I put one star to put something. I went with my friends some weeks ago to this club, as we wanted to party in Berlin with techno music. When we tried to access the club two of my friends and three other guys that went with us got rejected by the two workers on the club entrance. When asking the reason why we could not access, she (one of the two) very rudely answered that we just couldn't and we had to leave. We insisted because the normal thing is to give a reason, the club is private and that is why you pay for it but it should be of free access to everyone as long as you respect the rules, so I would have expected some justification on which rules we did not respect or just if the club was too full. We tried two more times with my friends, the woman already knew us and extremely rudely answered that "our night would be better if we just left". I love how these clubs that go as progressive and opened to everyone later they reject anyone they want without a reason. Pure superficiality, extremely bad treatment and she was very very disrespectful towards us.

Worst club I have ever been to. As soon as we got to the front of the queue they asked if we were German or english. Luckily, after studying A-level German I said German, but the English couple behind me didn’t get in. They put tape over our phone cameras but when I removed it they snatched my phone off me and took it outside. When I finally got my phone back, they had taken 250 photos on my camera roll without permission. The nerve! They had seriously disgusting and disrespectful staff, especially the woman on the front desk. I would seriously not recommend. Head to Kit Kat for a fun night out instead!

There's no restriction to my knowledge but to get in you have to look like a local or a techno-head. So go with sneakers (not too flashy) or maybe some dark boots (i.e Doc Martens). Hope that helps.

Por tema de vestimenta no, por aforo tampoco porque es un club grandísimo, el único problema es que te vean muy perjudicado, en eso sí son bastante estrictos a la hora de entrar. Pero merece la pena ir a tresor
