Welcome to Fahrradstation! Want to tour the city? Here on a business trip and want to avoid crowded transport? Love the freedom of travelling long distance by bike? We have 200 rental bikes available for use by the hour, day, week, or month. Choose from a variety of City, Mountain, Trekking or Racing Bikes. Looking for something more adventurous? We also have Tandems, Electric bikes or a 7 seat Conference Bike! In all of our 7 locations you will find in addition to rentals, our friendly staff ready to repair or offer quality products to suit all of your cycling needs. Also available for rentals are helmets, panniers, trailers or bikes for children!We also offer daily city tours in German and English! By request we can organize tours in Spanish, French, Dutch, or Italian. Our event staff is ready to help you create custom trips for office excursions, family trips, or private tours through Berlin.

We rented two basic bikes for one day, 15€ each. Service was OK, correct but unremarkable. Bikes were quite new and well maintained, no problems. A lock was also provided but no helmets.
However, closing hour was a little early for us to profit the day (19:30). Also the price was not cheap, so maybe it is worth to compare with other shops that may offer a less expensive rental.

good service, good bikes, but some information could be bettere explained: we were lucky going to the berlin's store on saturday. going on sunday, as booked and planned ... the store would be closed and all the plannig of our vacancy will be involved in that. In Kopenaghen the return point is in address given but... the name is changed and all the documentation given in berlin does not reflects the changes. few things for the fift star.

Excellent service. Would recommend to anyone. Staff in both cities were really helpful. Cycle Berlin to Copenhagen was a fantastic experience.

Very agrevating and disappointing expiriance. Called in the day before and asked for three specific bikes for 10:00 next day at their Goehte Str. Shop. When we turned up at 10:00 no one was there. When they finally came some time later, the people were very unfriendly and unhelpfull. They knew nothing about my rental, or our order the day before and could not help us for at least the next ½ hour. When I complained that we had called the day before and been promissed the bikes, that they were late in opening the shop and we really wanted to use our day biking the guy named Peter said - and I quote litteraly here: "I could not care less!!!!!" ("Ist Mir egal" in German). You are warned.

I wanted to rent a bike for 2 days. As I had no time to pick up the bike, I opted for delivery and pickup.
I had some questions, that I wrote in the ordering process.
I got an automated e-mail response for the ordering process, but no answers.
Further e-mails were ignored, I got no replies
I tried calling the hotline within the working hours and a automated voice told me I was calling outside the working hours.
I tried calling the hotline outside the working hours and it would just end the call.
I tried reaching out via facebook, no reaction.
Worst of all: I got no bike delivered. The down payment was around 90,- €
I don't know if it's scam, but the lack of communication is the worst.

Be aware of their online service, we booked 3 bikes for 3 days and thought we were getting a good deal for 90 euros, pre-paid.
When we arrived in Göthestrasse for the pickup the were no bikes and they had no clue what so ever about or rental. We had to travel almost across Berlin to another location to get bikes.
There were no real comphenstation and the personell working Friderichstrasse could do absolutely nothing for us. No upgrade of bikes, no refund for half day and they did not have any authority whatso ever.
The bikes were not in order aswell and any local dude was offering bikes for 10 euros pr. Day.

I got the details of this bike company from the Welcome to Berlin guide, and it was off the beaten track for me. There are several bike tours in Berlin but I chose this one because they said they had to tell them bikes and I thought it would work well for my son and me.
I couldn't figure out the website so I decided to visit the shop in person to get more information about the tours. I was planning on doing a tour the next day. When I arrived the guy in the bicycle shop didn't know anything about the tours. He didn't speak any English and my German is a bit rusty but I managed to communicate that I want to do a tour. He told me I should make a reservation and gave me a card with the phone number.
I said that I was there to get information and make a reservation. He said he was new and he didn't know anything about the tours. I was surprised and disappointed that he didn't just call the number on the card and get the information for me.
Having travelled to the shop especially for information and to make a reservation, I was very surprised and disappointed at their lack of customer service.
The bikes on offer in the shop looked great for children, so it was a real pity!

This company was unfair and disorganized. We rented 4 bikes to go to Denmark; 1 month before the travel we paid half and book the bikes. When we arrive in the shop; nobody knows about our reservation; nothing was prepared and they try to push us bikes improper for a long trip and different for the pictures sent by mail. The worst part was about the suitcases that we paid to be delivered in CPG, the company decide to charge 6x more when we arrive in CPG to drop off the bikes and get the bags. Never make business with this unfair company!

if you go to Berlin, never rent a bike here, you can be sure everything will go wrong and you will pay the double price in the end.

I had heard from friends that cycling around Berlin was the way to go but I never imagined that to would be such fun. Hired a bike from these folks for 5 days and had the best time. The drivers in Berlin are so courteous and plenty of cycle paths etc. I felt so safe and just like a local. Go to Berlin: go by bike - I really recommend this place. Their tours seem good too although I didn't need one as I had been on one before so I just enjoyed the freedom my bike gave me
