Easy access and tickets at entrance. The queuing wasn't long and was comfortable. The view is remarkable with excellent briefings for each sector of Berlin. The restaurant seemed attractive but didn't have time to try it and needs reservation in advance with the ticket purchase.

I am sorry but you need to queue at the ticket counter. The best way to avoid queue is to buy the ticket in advance at Internet.
