Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My Brother wanted to go there and recommended it. I though it was gonna be boring, but I went with him. I was wrong. The wachs figures were amazing, everything was so fun, I took 10.000 pictures with my brother. I would recommend it for anyone. Hope this helped.

Amazing experience for the whole family with two toddlers. This was our first time in a vax sculpture museum and it exceeded our expectations!

nice wax museum in the center of berlin. good place to be during rain or hot days.
tip: if you see a long Queue for tickets outside the museum, you can buy the same tickets (cheaper and without Queue ), at the nearset U-Bahn (underground train).

For 25 euro per person, they need to update their wax dummies. The Pope figure is from, like, two Popes ago. And Angelina Jolie has a new nose by now and I wish they would have included her 17 babies in addition to Brad Pitt. The figurines were not even accurate: Will Smith looked like a gay David Banner on acid.

And there needs to be a coat check. There is no reason to have to put one's coat on the FLOOR to take photos. And please do not ask me to pay ten euros for a paper print out of a photo you all took. Please. That is just tacky.

Food is available for purchase but it makes you want to vomit in your mouth to think people are eating around wax dummies with REAL HUMAN HAIR.

Second venue visiting a Madame Tussauds after visiting the London one a few times.

Had a range of different wax works not seen in London special mention to the forrest gump one in particular.

Lot more interactive than Londons as well and dare i say people were more civilised!!

The dirty dancing set was great and provided lots of laughs. Was amazed to see Hitler in there of course a warning to not take photos which was of course respected but was unnerving and quite an experience to stare into it's eyes albeit a waxwork and feel unnerved by it.

Learnt a lot about the german celebrities as well who arent so well known in the UK

All in all another superb day out in Berlin

Hello Lee W, Thank you for your fantastic review and very good rating on Tripadvisor! We are so glad that you had this much fun at our attraction and that you liked your visit. It is a really great compliment for us, especially by knowing that we are not the first Madame Tussauds you ever visited. We hope you also did the free video at the Dirty Dancing set. Which would be a really unique keepsake. We would be really happy to meet you someday again. Your Madame Tussauds Berlin Team

The visit was fun, but very short. The wax figures did not even resemble the real characters that much. All in all really not worth it.

Hello Ali A, Thank you for your rating on Tripadvisor. We are sorry to read that we could not meet your expectations when visiting our attraction. Please keep in mind that wax figures are like photos. They don't age like the real talents they are modelled after. Even with this critique we are glad to read that you had fun and hope that you will remember us also for the good time. Your Madame Tussauds Berlin

I admit I am not a huge fan of waxworks attractions, but my family persuaded me to come in and to my surprise I enjoyed it. My daughter loved the Taylor Swift model and we thought the Ed Sheeran waxwork was so lifelike, one of the best in the attraction. The Robbie Williams photo opportunity was fun! Myself and my husband liked the Star Wars section. A fun few hours and a welcome break from the blistering sun outside! Worth a trip if you are in Berlin and in a very convenient central location. Queues weren't too bad when we visited in the late afternoon.

Hello LYNNE R, Thank you for your awesome feedback on Tripadvisor. We are so glad that your family could persuade you to give our attraction a chance. We like to provide fun for everybody. We don't want to only flash our guests with our realistic wax figures but also with all the interactions and fun photo motives. Hopefully you had a special day. Maybe someday you want to visit again. We would be very happy. Your Madame Tussauds Berlin Team

Maybe in the 1800s this kind of display would be interesting, before television and movies... Most of the wax figures did not really well represent the person depicted.. It was the exception that would somewhat like their counterpart. The figures or faces you are most familiar with were the worst, George Clooney , Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, the Beatles should sue and would be entitled to damages. A bunch of ugly mannequins save your money.15 euros was a crazy price for this almost childish display. My girlfriend never complains....and she hated this and it was her idea.. Also 7 euro for jellybeans in the gift shop... Out of date, rip off totally uncool ...Stay away!!!

I liked it very much :D An interesting option for a trip with young children. This is the only museum of wax figures that I have been to so I don’t have any comparison, but I think that this museum is worth visiting!
