My husband (who drove) and I thoroughly enjoyed our Trabi safari and would definitely do it again if we return to Berlin. There was a laid-back attitude on 'check-in' meaning we set off late and I was briefly worried when they couldn't find our booking...More

Can't speak highly enough of this guided tour. After a ten minute lesson in wrenching the gears into position and steering these crazy little cars, you're out into the streets and traffic of Berlin. Whole tour takes about two hours or so with a chance...More

We weren't sure if the problems were with the car or us, but we had some real problems keeping up, and instead of being offered help we were shouted at, sworn at, and ultimately made to feel incredibly stupid - a lot of this over...More

We did this on our first day in Berlin and booked the longer 2 hr us tour. We were the only car so had the lovely guide Marta ( Italian) to ourselves. There were more cars on the shorter safari for sure. We saw ALL...More

An excellent tour with a knowledgeable and amusing guide. I probably would have learned more about Berlin if I hadn’t been so focused on not stalling the 3+ liter 1970s Mustang. What a beast! It was definitely a highlight of my 3-day visit to an...More

Driving around Berlin in the Trabi was incredible! Our guide was wonderful, very helpful and informative. You feel like a celebrity because these cars get so much attention and everyone is taking photos as you drive by. When I return to Berlin I will definitely...More

A great way to tour Berlin. Cars were fun however you can get split up due to the traffic. You see so much of Berlin which off the tourist track. Best to book and go earlier in the day.

I can highly recommend the Trabi-Safari, it was the highlight of our visit to Berlin! A very knowledgeable guide led the way while telling us about the points of interest along the way (in German and English), as a group of us each drove a...More

Looked like a fun thing to do when in Berlin, and we were not disappointed! Arrived at the site, and was taken to the backyard for some basic training on how to work the gears. Then we took off into the Berlin traffic. We were...More

This tour was amazing fun. Driving around the streets of Berlin whilst the guide provided us with interesting facts about the area around us. We got to cover so much ground durning our tour. The car itself was so much fun and a pleasure to...More

The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights
like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum
Island. The central location makes this one of the
city's most expensive places to live. It is here the
oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence
of some significant transformations, as well. The
gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets

When I took the tour there was a chance to swap drivers. I would suggest talking to the guide ahead of time to ensure that they'll stop to give you the opportunity to swap. I think it would be much more fun to share the... More
