We arrived in Dinkelsbuhl late in the day but St. George's Church was open so we entered and sat peacefully for awhile. We'd had two weeks of travel through Europe with our daughter and her family and another week to go, so a moment of...More

To visit inside, you have to pay. The architecture is impressive, but I'm not sure it's worth to pay to visit..

Visited this church using the free Rick Steve's Europe audio tour. The church is not that special, but has a big importance for pilgrims and changed through out history.

this is a very nice church with interesting altar carvings and stained glass. It is a good 25 minute visit. Expect simple; you will be disappointed if you expect the beauty and ornate churches of some other countries.

The church is a middleage gothic structure, pretty big considering the town where it is. The most remarkable thing to be appreciated, counting on a sunny day, is the set of painting on the big windows glass, located at the apse part of the church....More

My kids had never seen a church of this magnitude and they were fascinated by the altar that supposedly holds a drop of Christs blood.
