We wanted to attend the Sunday service with the choirs and we did. The service began with an English language introduction saying that everyone was welcome and explaining to people the process of the service. It was a very nice way to start Sunday.

This is a beautiful gothic style church that is a wonder to behold. It is fascinating to explore the many details and stand back and take in its whole structure. If you think you are “churched out” think again. It’s worth the visit.

This is a very impressive structure. It stands out from all other features by it tall spires and over looking its own square.Cant miss it and shouldn't on your city walk

The interesting thing is the two spires each have a different design. The Smiling Angel statue, from 1280, truly has an amazing smile that will touch your heart. The high vaulting and spacial sense this intricate cross-ribbed ceiling is a marvel of human ingenuity.

Free to enter and an atmospheric service going on with choral singing. Very respectful, without the usual tourist trappings.
