Great market square to feel the energy and local lifestyle of the old city. There are a lot of stalls with bakery, produce, and local goods. Just off the square are retail stores.

Glad to be in Nuremberg on market day Saturday. The square was filled with vendors of all varieties. We purchased the gingerbread from one of the vendors after sampling several types, including gluten free.

Visited this market on saturday afternoon, very busy and full of colours and things to eat. I tasted few things for free, people are very friendly and offer their products for a try. Must have a go.

Hello when we visited only some stalls were open on the Sunday. Mainly craft stalls. Only a few. Saturday is the main day. You could contact tourist information because there are different events on during the year.
