This place is enormous both the buildings and the grounds. Make sure you pay to look around inside the buildings definately worth it

Easy to get here via tram from the center of town. The palace was really nice to see. The rooms are very elegant. Lots of portraits. Enjoyed walking in the gardens. Definitely worth the visit.

In between beer activities my niece and I caught local transport out to walk around the gardens of this palace. It must have been grand hunting those years ago as it is of a good size and well maintained. Clearly popular with the locals.

Lovely park, huge castle, canal with ducks. Very nice place to chill or meet new people. Also very popular for jogging.

The (preserved) palace is actually a very small part of the structure and not very special. We reached around 3 and were able to see the audio guided tour in 45min. The gardens are however quite big n beautiful. The cafe in the garden was perhaps the cherry on the cake. We enjoyed the food. Be mindful of the closing... More

If you're a big art lover like myself you'll appreciate every hallway, every corner, every square inch of this palace. The detail in the paintings and in the grandness of every room is astounding

Nice stroll and good for photoshooting. Some big swans and ducks in the pond. The longest palace i'd seen!

Compared to some of the other castles in the area, Nymphenberg Palace itself just doesn't measure up. However, the Carriage Museum is very good and the Treasures Area is excellent.

The palace does not look much like a palace from the outside and we could not enjoy the gardens as the weather was very wet on the day we visited. However, the inside is sumptuous and much more extensive that the exteria would lead you to imagine. Most signs were translated into English so it made it possible to have... More
